Youth Workers

    The 2016 Youth Workers’ Conference is held at Center Parcs Sherwood Forest (hurrah!) and your booking includes conference admission and accommodation, giving you the chance to make the most of the facilities and activities on offer during your weekend.

    Your accommodation will be in a three bedroomed villa. The villas have one double and two twin bedrooms, plus bathroom and open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area.

    Booking in

    There are two booking options:

    1 Group ticket:
    This includes conference admission plus exclusive use of a villa for up to six people (adults or children).

    2 Individual ticket:
    This includes conference admission plus accommodation in a shared villa.
    Please note the following:
    ::  You should expect to share a bedroom.
    ::  Tell us who under 18s may share a bedroom with.
    ::  Let us know your spouse’s name, if married, so we can allocate you to a double room where we can.


    to 31 December 2015:
    Group - £720
    Individual (14+) - £125
    Individual child (under 14) - £95
    Infants under 3 occupying a cot - Free

    Other things to note

    ::  Only double bedrooms have room for a (single) cot.
    ::  There’s no provision for children at this conference (although they can make use of the facilities at Center Parcs). Sorry, but there’s no reduction for children if you’re booking a group ticket.
    ::  You can book more than one ticket at a time.
    ::  We’ll refund bookings cancelled by 31 January, less a £15 cancellation admin fee per ticket cancelled. There are no refunds for bookings cancelled after 31 January 2015.


    Please tell us if you have any particular mobility issues and we’ll do our best to make the conference as accessible as possible for you. We can’t always secure an adapted villa, but we can make sure your accommodation has level access and is close to The Venue, where the conference is held.

    The conference will be delivered in English. If you’re bringing a group from outside the UK and would like to borrow translation equipment, please let us know You’ll need to bring your own translator.
