Amending or canceling a booking

Amending your booking

You may wish to amend your booking – perhaps you want to amend your personal details, volunteer to serve at newday, or add other delegates to your booking? You can do this quickly and easily by logging in to your booking, using the information in your original booking confirmation email. If you need any of your payment refunding, you’ll be able to request this online.

Refunds and Cancellations

We hope you won’t want to cancel your booking. However, in the unfortunate event that you need to do so, we will refund your booking fee on request, less a £15 administration charge, as long as you tell us by 1st June. There are no refunds for bookings cancelled after 1st June. Alternatively you are welcome to let someone else take your booking if you wish: simply amend the booking by logging in using the link and password in your booking confirmation email and editing the delegate’s details.

If you amend your booking from, say, a delegate to a server, we will refund the excess booking fees without penalty, right up to the event. All other refunds will incur a £15 administration charge. Refunds are made to the original payment card via WorldPay.

Bookings made via the Coordinators’ Office using our block booking facility are sold on the same basis as all other bookings, i.e. full payment at the time of booking, and are only refunded on the same basis as other cancelled bookings, i.e. £15 cancellation admin fee (per delegate place cancelled), no refunds after 1st June.

All ages referred to are taken as at 31 August 2017, i.e. based on the school year. The exception to this is for main event servers, who must be aged 18 or over by the time the event starts, i.e. 1st August 2017.
