Booking your Group Coordinator
Young people come to Newday in church groups and we ask each group to nominate a Group Coordinator, who will be our point of contact, both before and during the event. In return, we give Group Coordinators a free place at Newday.
You’ll need to email us with details of your church so we can add you to our database and send you a discount code to access our great New to Newday offer. You’ll then be able to register on our booking system. Find out more information about the Group Coordinator role.
How to Book
Take the complexity and head-scratching out of booking your place by following our simple steps. Whether you're a Group Coordinator booking many people, an individual, or just looking to come for a day, here's how.
How to book your placeAmending or cancelling a booking
Information and circumstances change. We've made it really simple to amend your booking, transfer it to somebody else or even cancel your booking altogether.
How to change or cancel your bookingBeing part of a Newday team can be hard work… but it's great fun!
You can work either full- or part-time, depending on when you’re available and which team you choose.
Full-time
Work for around seven hours a day and we’ll give you a free place at Newday and, for the amazing price of £25, we’ll feed you twice a day in our celebrated restaurant. If you’d prefer to sort your own catering or eat with your church, that’s fine.
Part-time
Work around four hours a day and pay half the Standard rate delegate fee. You’ll need to make your own arrangements for food.
Please note that there’s no fee reduction if you just work during setup and/or take down but not during the main event week. However we will give you three meals a day for free during setup and take down, and the food is just as good!
Be on Team
It takes around 900 volunteers to help make Newday happen. Here's your chance to get involved and to help make this year’s event a success. Read about each of our teams here.
