Booking your Group Coordinator
Young people come to Newday in church groups and we ask each group to nominate a Group Coordinator, who will act as our point of contact with the church and its delegates, both before and during the event. In return for taking on the role, we give Group Coordinators a discounted place at Newday, which is free for church groups that are new to Newday.
You’ll need to email us with details of your church so we can add you to our database and send you a discount code to access our great New to Newday offer. You’ll then be able to register on our booking system. Find out more information about the Group Coordinator role.

Being part of a Newday team can be hard work… but it is great fun!
You can work either full- or part-time, depending on when you’re available and which team you choose.
Work for around seven hours a day we’ll give you a free place at Newday and, for the amazing price of £20 we’ll feed you twice a day in our celebrated restaurant. If you’d prefer to sort your own catering or eat with your church, that’s fine.
Work around four hours a day and we’ll give you a 50% discount on your booking fees. You’ll need to make your own arrangements for food.
Please note that there’s no fee reduction if you just serve during setup and/or take down but not during the main event week. However we will give you three meals a day for free during setup and take down, and the food is just as good!
